Ronces is an apartment for 2 converted from the original animal stalls
and is arranged in an L-shape on a single level.
The apartment has the benefit of two outside spaces. The terrace faces
west and has comfortable patio furniture to sit and enjoy the spectacular
sunsets. Shade is provided nearby by a mature pear tree.
The spacious open plan lounge, kitchen/diner forms one section of
the 'L' and opens off the terrace at one end whilst the other end
provides access to a shady private courtyard, the perfect place for
a relaxed breakfast.
The modern kitchen area is equipped with; fridge, dishwasher, ceramic
hob and combination microwave/convection oven and grill.
The dining table will seat 4 and the lounge area is comfortably furnished.
The second section of the'L' contains a seperate double bedroom with
a large walk in "wet room" shower en suite. Both rooms have
windows onto the private courtyard, converted from the original stable
doors.
Changeover day Saturday.

include bed linen, towels (not pool towels), cot and high chair if
required. Electricity costs are included, though a supplement will
apply in low season for additional electricity for heating and for
wood.
‘Tax
de sejour’ (Tourist tax is 0.50 Euros per day, per person over the
age of 13 and you will be invoiced for this at the time of booking)
