Les Noyers (sleeps 4-7 + cot)
Is a traditional Perigordian farmhouse that comprises:
Downstairs:
A large double aspect living room (6x5m) complete with original fireplace
and furnished in a traditional style. One of the three settees converts
to a double bed and an original french armoir provides wardrobe and
storage space.
There is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.
The seperate kitchen/diner (3.5x4.5m) is fully equipped with built
in oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and large (120litre) fridge
with ice box. There is a large dining table and lots of storage.
Upstairs:
The original hayloft has been sympathetically converted to
retain many of the original oak beams and exposed stone walls.
There is a master bedroom with a kingsize bed, built in wardrobes
and a seating area, ideal for quite reading.
The second bedroom provides flexibility with a single and a double
bed plus a cot (which can be moved to the master bedroom if preferred).
A large family bathroom has a full sized bath equipped with both a
central mixer tap for filling the bath and a wall mounted shower and
shower screen.
Outside:
Both the living room and kitchen /diner have doors onto the main courtyard
that leads to the pool and the rear door of the living room opens
onto a private terrace with built in barbeque and outside dining area.

Prices include bed linen, towels (not pool towels), cot and high chair
if required. Electricity costs are included, though a supplement will
apply in low season for additional electricity for heating and for
wood.
‘Tax
de sejour’ (Tourist tax - is 0.50 Euros per day, per person over 13
years old and you will be invoiced for this at the time of making
your booking)
